We use high-quality artificial roses with a realistic touch design and real preserved roses . Artificial roses with a realistic touch design look very similar to real roses, are durable, easy to care for, and allergy-friendly. Please check the product description to confirm that your product contains real roses.

No. Avoid direct, strong sunlight and heavy soiling. You can carefully remove dust with a dry, soft cloth or brush.
We currently do not offer engraving or individual personalization. However, you can add a personal greeting card to the gift.
4. Returns & Complaints
Yes. You have a 30-day return policy with us. If you would like to return your order, please contact us – we will explain the next steps.
Thanks to our careful packaging, this shouldn't happen. However, if something does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll find a solution for you quickly.
